If a review advances, we may request loan statements, payoff or reinstatement information, title and ownership documents, repair information, leases, tax or insurance information, and closing records through an appropriate secure process.
Our server also receives technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, referring page, timestamps, requested pages, and campaign parameters. We use a honeypot, timing checks, and rate limits to reduce spam and misuse.
Do not submit account passwords, full Social Security numbers, online-banking credentials, or unredacted identity documents through a public website form.
